Château Lalande Mauss is a tiny wine estate that has been integrated to the Château Clos du Roy in 2001. It is located in the village of Saillans on a sandy plateau named Bel Air which gives rather light wines which tannic character is less present that in Clos du Roy wines. Yet, given Lalande Mausses wines benefit the same care as Clos du Roy wines, both share common features that can be seen as the winemaker’s signature.
